Nanig is a fashion brand by designer Shir Goldstein, bridging past and present deriving inspiration from 1940's–50's Europe and childhood memories.
The visual concept for the brand was deeply influenced by Goldstein’s family history and her close relationship with her grandmother.
The logotype was crafted from letterforms inspired by a vintage sign from her family’s early-20th-century lamp factory in Germany, while the symbol design drew from her grandmother’s remarkable personal collections.
As part of the project, I also designed textile patterns, later incorporated into a collection that became a signature element of the brand.
