Brand Identity

The Flocking concept was developed by the Core Brand team at monday.com, based on a strategic framework created by Collins Studio in summer 2023. The concept draws inspiration from the coordinated movement of birds in flight — a natural phenomenon where individual elements align and influence one another to create a harmonious collective force.

Visually, the concept translates into simple shapes representing the combined power of people, data, and resources. This dynamic system reflects the core values of collaboration, teamwork, and evolution. It also mirrors the transformative impact of Monday.com on organizations — from chaos to order, from isolated work to seamless teamwork, and from fragmented efforts to scalable growth.
The visual language takes cues from natural ecosystems, data visualization, and code, simplifying complex ideas into clear and impactful visual messages.
